1. Commitment to accessibility

The webshop at https://all-solutions.shop It should be as accessible as possible. We want to enable all users – regardless of physical or technical limitations – to have equal access to our information, products and services.

2. Status of accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, compliance level AA, agreed. Some areas are not yet fully accessible.

3. Non-accessible content

The following points currently correspond not yet complete the requirements:

• ❌ Pictures: Some contain no meaningful alt text.
• ❌ Forms: Keyboard operation is not available in all cases, and some ARIA attributes are missing.
• ❌ Contrast ratios: Some text elements have insufficient contrast.
• ❌ PDF files and documents: Some content is not prepared in a screen reader-friendly manner.
• ❌ Navigation: Skip links or structuring landmarks for screen readers are missing.

We are aware of these shortcomings. We are actively working on gradual improvements.

4. Measures for improvement

We are implementing the following measures, among others:

• Adding missing alt attributes to images.
• Introduction of semantic HTML elements for better structuring.
• Improved color scheme for sufficient contrast.
• Optimization of forms for barrier-free usability (keyboard, ARIA).
• Revision of PDF documents into accessible versions.

Our goal is to enable largely barrier-free use by the end of 2025.

5. Technical standards

The technical implementation is based on the following standards:

• WCAG 2.1 – Conformity level AA
• BITV 2.0 – Accessible Information Technology Ordinance
• § 12d BGG – Law on the Equal Treatment of People with Disabilities

6. Test status

The accessibility assessment was carried out on 26 June 2025 as part of a internal self-assessment according to BITV test criteria. An external review is planned for 2025/26.
