Shipping methods

Shipping is via DHL as standard

Germany

For shipping within Germany, a flat rate of 7.00 euros per order will be charged.
Packages are insured and include tracking.
“DHL Kleinpaket” was removed from the shipping option with effect from March 6, 2025.

EU countries

For shipping within the EU, a flat rate of 18.00 euros plus VAT (parcel) or 7.50 euros plus VAT (goods post premium) is charged per order. The final price may vary depending on the recipient's tax rate.
Parcels are insured and include tracking, Warenpost Premium is also insured (up to €20) and tracking.
For orders over 100 €, shipping will only be done as a parcel.

delivery times

The delivery time for packages throughout Germany is 4-5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description.
Delivery to other EU countries takes 2-5 working days longer than to Germany.
