Verification of the authenticity of customer reviews
This has been in effect since May 2022 Omnibus Policy, according to which online retailers have to provide mandatory information to check the authenticity of customer reviews on their own online shop.
All visitors to our website can submit reviews for our products. The rating is not linked to a user account or similar.
Every incoming evaluation is viewed and checked manually by us. Here we check the content of the evaluation, among other things, for logical contradictions and other abnormalities.
We use word filters to prevent any offensive, racist or promotional reviews.
Filtered out ratings are simply not displayed and are not included in the overall rating shown.
Due to limited personnel and technical capacities, we do not carry out any plausibility checks, not even on a random basis.
If the review comes from a customer who has previously purchased the product, this is marked with the note "Verified Purchase".
If the rating comes from a visitor to the website who has not previously purchased the rated product, this will be marked with the note "Unverified purchase".

So that your rating is plausible and helpful for future customers, we ask you to observe the following guidelines when submitting the rating:
Of course, the evaluation may contain your opinion and, if necessary, criticism. Any form of discrimination and insults will not be tolerated.
It is not allowed to place advertisements for other products in reviews.
We do not allow reviews by so-called product testers. You must not have received any financial consideration from third parties for the rating.
Reviews must be based on their experience with the product and be truthful. Any form of untrue claims and attempts at manipulation will not be tolerated.
In the event of violations of our rating guidelines, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block user accounts and ratings submitted by them.
